Ayurvedic Cooking Classes
The main purpose of the cooking classes is to introduce simple, tasty recipes that can become part of one’s regular diet; to provide insight about which foods will suit and balance each individual according to needs and body type; how to avoid combinations that will create toxins in the body; and provide guidance on the central working principles of Ayurveda.

Testimonials:
"I just finished the October 31st baking and cooking class with Barbara Drury. It was so much fun! She taught us how to make 4 different types of healthy bread from scratch. We also made mayonnaise and a delicious blended yam and veggie soup with fresh kale salad. I feel as if I have been reconnected with food. It is a great experience for anyone trying to eat healthier."

"What an amazing night, the kitchen filled with wonderful smells of fresh bread and sweet squash. I was blown away when we made home made mayonaise what a treat. I really enjoyed making the breads too, from milling the grain to kneading the dough it was eniching to make a wonderful meal from scratch even the bread. I do alot of cooking myself and this class still taught me new things and added some recipies to my collection."
