Frog Mountain

We have changed our name .  Frog Mountain is the sacred mountain which overlooks our centre, and exerts a powerful and beneficent influence in the valley.   The word 'healing' embraces a lot...healing can be on many different levels....it can be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual...it can mean healing food, (as in the lovely organic veggies that come out of the garden and greenhouse)...it can mean healing workshops or events...it can mean healing therapies...it can just mean a healing space or place.

We use Ayurvedic healing modalities but we also include other wisdom traditions to best fit the needs of each unique individual who comes to our door.

We are located 30 kms west of Whitehorse in the beautiful Takhini river valley, km. 1459.5 Alaska Highway.
